How does it work?

You store your tariffs once as a template and then import your customers.

Now you only set up the special features such as discounts, special tariffs or similar for the respective customer. Of course, thanks to the template, you only adjust the points that are really different for the respective customer. In this way, you receive a clear graphical representation of all prices of a customer and can also adjust, expand or correct them at any time. You confirm the special services, such as special trips, which were agreed with the customer by telephone or by e-mail. The system creates the invoice. But in addition to all the automatic highlights that make your administrative life easier, manual bookings that are repeated at fixed intervals can of course also be easily added to an order. Manual bookings can already be conveniently registered by the dispatcher in DisGo and are then automatically transferred to the invoice after confirmation.
